• Contact information — your mobile phone number, used as a primary identifier across our systems

• Communication data — messages sent and received through WhatsApp Business API-powered interfaces
• Device and usage data — IP addresses, browser type, and interaction logs where applicable
• Operational data — scheduling preferences, visit history, and declared tier classifications where relevant to service delivery

We do not collect data beyond what is necessary to deliver the specific service you are using.

3. WhatsApp Business API — Specific Disclosures

Some Strateon products operate via the WhatsApp Business API, powered by the Meta Cloud API. When you interact with a Strateon product through WhatsApp, the following applies:

• Your WhatsApp phone number is used to identify you and deliver service communications
• Message content exchanged within the service flow is processed to execute your requests (e.g., booking an appointment, confirming a payment)
• We send transactional messages only — booking confirmations, payment receipts, appointment reminders, and service notifications
• We do not use your WhatsApp data for advertising or share it with advertisers
• Message delivery is facilitated by Meta Platforms. Meta's own privacy policy governs their handling of data within the WhatsApp infrastructure

By interacting with a Strateon product via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that your mobile number and message content are processed to deliver the requested service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect exclusively to:

• Deliver and operate the product or service you are using
• Process transactions, bookings, and payments on your behalf
• Send service-related communications — confirmations, reminders, and status updates
• Verify identity and maintain security across our systems
• Improve the reliability and performance of our platforms
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations where applicable

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to serve advertising. We do not build profiles for marketing purposes.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share data with third-party service providers only where necessary to deliver our services. These providers operate under data processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Transaction data is shared to complete payments and issue refunds. Razorpay's privacy policy governs their data handling
• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business API delivery. Message routing data passes through Meta's infrastructure
• OTPless — authentication. Mobile numbers are passed for OTP verification where applicable
• Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting and database services. Data is stored in encrypted environments

We do not share your data with any other third parties. We will disclose data to law enforcement or regulatory authorities only where legally required to do so.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. Booking and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and compliance purposes. Account and profile data is retained for the duration of your use of the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@strateon.in — we will fulfil deletion requests within 30 days except where legal retention obligations apply.

7. Data Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. This includes encrypted data storage, access controls, and secure communication protocols.
