These terms govern your use of all products and services operated by Strateon Ventures. By accessing or using any Strateon product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The Service
Strateon Ventures develops and operates software platforms for businesses and end-users. Our products include appointment management systems, e-commerce operations tools, infrastructure services, and communication platforms. Specific terms applicable to individual products are supplementary to these general terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Where feasible, we will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes.
2. Accounts and Access
Access to Strateon products is granted on a per-service basis. Where accounts are required:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account or patient profile
- One account per mobile number — multiple patient profiles may exist under a single account where the product supports it
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or violation of these terms.
3. Payments and Refunds
Where Strateon products involve payments, the following terms apply:
- All payments are processed through Razorpay. By completing a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific product. For appointment-based services: cancellations made 3 or more hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 3 hours are not eligible for a refund
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
- Disputed charges must be raised within 14 days of the transaction date
4. WhatsApp-based Services
Strateon products that operate through WhatsApp are subject to the following additional terms:
- By initiating a conversation with a Strateon WhatsApp service, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your use of that service
- Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
- Strateon WhatsApp services are not general-purpose messaging channels — they exist to deliver specific operational services
- Misuse of the service, including sending abusive messages or attempting to circumvent service logic, may result in access termination
- These services are powered by the Meta WhatsApp Business API. Meta's Platform Terms also apply
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use any Strateon product for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from our platforms
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or infrastructure
- Impersonate another person or provide false information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, systems, and content produced by Strateon Ventures remain the intellectual property of Strateon Ventures. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the specific product or service you have access to.
Where Strateon builds custom software on behalf of a client, intellectual property terms are governed by the specific engagement agreement between Strateon and that client.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Strateon Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Strateon in the 90 days preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We provide our services on an "as is" basis.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Strateon services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our products and legal obligations evolve. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
